Brownies

I think this is the recipe. Very non-diet. But when you’re going brownies, you might as well do it properly.

Pre-heat oven to 160C, and prepare a 20 cm lined springform pan.

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 150g butter

Melt these together until smooth.

  • 1.5 c sugar
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/3 c cocoa
  • 250g chopped chocolate

Combine all of these, then add the melted chocolate mix, stir until combined. Pour into the tin and bake for 1 hr 20 mins, and cool for 2 hours. In the meantime, go for a run…
